Welcome to gohosted.app (the "Site" or "Service"), an online hosting and infrastructure service provided by gohosted.app ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services, software, APIs, and content (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract to use the Services.
We provide web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain-related management tools, and ancillary services as described on the Site (the "Services"). Service availability, features, and performance are governed by any applicable order form, service description, or plan documentation ("Service Agreement") you accept when subscribing.
Service Levels: Specific uptime commitments and service-level remedies, if any, are defined in the Service Agreement. Except as provided in that agreement, Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To use certain Services you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@gohosted.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
Account Management: We may decline, suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, abuse, or inactivity in accordance with our policies.
Use of paid Services requires payment of fees and taxes as described in your order. You authorize us to charge any payment method you provide. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set out in the Service Agreement or required by law.
Changes to Fees: We may change pricing upon notice; changes will not affect charges already billed for current billing cycles unless otherwise specified.
